SmartNurse Control is easy to use and build to support the mobile caregivers and the care service management in their daily work. The digitalization of all processes, treatments, tours and even staff roster helps saving time and efforts, and will keep mistakes at a minimum.
Communicate daily with the relatives - automated and without additional efforts
Frequent communication with the relatives of people in need of care becomes increasingly important for the daily work of the care service management. A proper documentation internally, digital communication of access to information is an important aspect to service quality and easy forwarding of care states. Simplifying this process, SmartNurse Control summarizes the daily care treatments and condition reports, filters and simplifies the data and sends a frequent status mail with easy understandable descriptions to the relatives chosen in the system. This avoids time-consuming one to one phone calls and reports emerging developments in the health status in time to the relatives, helping to improve the perception of possible developments, treatments and measurements.
Functionalities
Control Point Scan
By scanning the individual control point at the patient, the visit of the caregiver is exactly logged. With the latest NFC and RFID technology, the usage of the checkpoint chips are tamper-proof.
Route Scheduling
Use SmartNurse Control to schedule the care tour plan of the caregivers and let SmartNurse Control optimize the route according required skills at the patient, individual routines and preferences and the expected traffic. The routes can be modified and adjusted as required.
Compatible Hardware
SmartNurse Control runs on mobile devices with Android. We suggest to use a professional rugged mobile computer with changeable battery, drop resistance, anti-bacterial surface, which is fluid-proof and easy to use even with gloves.
